The Soul selects her own Society,
靈魂選擇自己的伴侶
Then shuts the door;
接著關緊門
On her divine majority
那神聖的決心
Obtrude no more.
再也不容干預
Unmoved,she notes the chariot's pausing
心不動 ,即使華車恭迎
At her low gate;
在蓬門之前
Unmoved,an emperor is kneeling
心不動 即使皇帝親跪
Upon her mat.
在門墊之上
I've known her from an ample nation
任憑弱水三千
Choose one;
只取一瓢
Then close the valves of her attention
然後心無旁念
Like stone.
